HOMEWORK WEEK 5
This week's tasks are few and simple.
1. A book review. Tell us about a book you are reading, or have recently read.
If it is fiction, explain the basic story-line (plot). Then say something about the characters - who did you like/dislike? Why?

Who would you recommend this book to? Why?
If the book is non-fiction, tell us about the subject matter, and why you like reading books about this subject. If you have read other books on this subject, how does this book compare regarding quality of information, pictures/graphics etc.

2. Current Events
Choose one NATIONAL and one INTERNATIONAL news story that has captured your attention. Explain why it means something to you.
3. SCIENCE
Do some research and let us know what science experiments you think we should do in class. Say why you think they would be interesting to do.

ReplyDeleteToday I am going to review the book The Savage Fortress by Sarwat Chadda. The Savage Fortress is a book about a boy called Ash (Ashoka) and Her Sister called Lucky(Luckshmi). He lived in India with only her sister and his Uncle They were invited in a massive Fortress called Savage Fortress owned by Lord Alexander Savage. Then Savage wanted Ash's Vik (Uncle) to translate the Harappan language with giving Vik two million pounds. In the Middle of the book Vik denied the two million dollars and came back home. In Ash's way home Savage crashed Vik's Mercedes BMG and got Vik dead. Its up to Ash to stop Savage and get back to england.
